In the end, it was another three-phased marketing success story. We were able to successfully build momentum, anticipation, and excitement for this property well before it hit the open market. In the off-market phase we had several showings and there were already interested parties circling as soon as we hit the open market. Then, one of the first potential buyers to see it fell in love, did a pre-offer inspection and submitted an extremely strong offer before the second open house even took place in an effort to convince the sellers to accept an offer very early on, which they were happy to do.

The sellers in this situation were looking to buy and sell simultaneously, and I helped guide them through that process smoothly. They wanted to sell as quickly as possible, so we listed the property for sale in December, but still got an outstanding result that allowed them to spend the holidays in their dream home while this one was sold.
